Nautilus Builders is owned and operated by the Lipovsky family; we are lifelong residents of the Washington, DC, area. We began remodeling and restoring homes—just like yours—right here in the neighborhoods we love. We started way back in 1981 after Bob received his MBA from Indiana University and Therese graduated from Simmons College in Boston. Our lives have been enriched by the people we have served over the years as well as our 6 wonderful children. They’ve certainly made a difference in our lives and given us a very real understanding of just how important a properly designed home is to the quality of a family’s daily life!

Having a face-to-face discussion is very beneficial. Even if your plans are not fully formed, we can help. This is not about pressuring you. It’s more of a friendly visit to hear your ideas.
